The Accessing Inner Wisdom: Mountain 10 Journey helps you listen to your inner wisdom to bring about the change you deeply desire in your life. Every person has the most important answers about direction, purpose and calling within them. This directed reflection process leads you through four terrains of exploration, stopping at waypoints to consider key questions about awareness, letting go, vision and realization.
Often the change process begins with an awareness or observation that something isn't going right, a change is needed, something is too painful to continue the way it is, or feeling called to something different, something new. To change requires to let go and stop doing things the old way, which is difficult because it's familiar and there can be a grief of loss. The next step in the change process is vision in order to get some sense of what's possible. Finally the change process includes realization or actualization that concrete, specific, doable steps that bring the vision alive to make it real.
This retreat leads participants through a sequence of key questions to help gain insights and awareness, identify areas gain clarity and begin visualizing what could be, and identify small next steps to integrate new insights into reality.
