Wellbeing Coaching

Align intention, attention, attitude, action, and impact by taking steps in the direction of your goals and dreams.

Coach Approach

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the human experience and exploring personal development. I have a love of learning and have earned my  undergraduate degree in Community Health Education with a minor in Psychology and went on to complete a Masters of Education with a graduate minor in Integrative Therapies and Healing Practices. I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a certified Intrinsic Coach, an A.C.E certified personal trainer, and a mindfulness facilitator.

As a Wellbeing Coach, I partner with people to support their overall wellbeing. I view each client as the expert of their own life and know they are fully capable, creative, and complete just as they are. The relationship we build together is based on trust, compassion, and strengths.

Over the past 18 years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside many humans on their wellbeing paths. I’m grateful for them trusting me with their stories as they reflect on what is important to them while they take steps towards their goals. I support them in aligning intention, attention, attitude, action, and impact. One step at a time.

By practicing the Art of Presence, we take time to be intentional about how we want to be and what's important to us, we're then better able to focus our attention and align our attitude to take action in meaningful ways  rather than being stuck in our automatic thoughts, behaviors and reactions.

Habits are created by identifying values and beliefs; becoming aware of thoughts and emotions; consistently practicing goal-aligned behaviors; navigating challenges and celebrating successes. This applies to wellbeing as well as any other facet of life.

It requires both building trust and trusting the process.

Wellbeing Coaching

Empowered. Embodied. Enchanted.

Empowered – Access Calm, Confident, Clarity knowing you can trust yourself to make big and small decisions that are soul-aligned and heart-centered reclaiming your power in the process.

  • Rather than help you shrink yourself to fit into other’s expectations, I help you shine as you remember your wholeness and inherent worth. I help you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin as you weave in compassionate practices and build trust with yourself and your intuition.

Embodied – Connect with yourself and others from embodied presence rooted in Compassion. Practicing the Art of Presence creates the conditions for meaning and mattering. Our Inner knowing lives in our bodies, not our minds and requires a level of presence to hear the whispers and feel the nudges.

  • Rather than restrictive dieting, excessive exercise, and exhaustion as a badge of honor, I support you in nourishing yourself, fueling your body and desires and moving with pleasure, joy and ease in the direction of your dreams while you create space for rest and creativity.

Enchanted - Create space for Creativity, Curiosity, and Courage. To slow down enough to allow a sliver of space for spontaneity, serendipity, synchronicity, and sacred surprises to surface. To get still enough to sense the inklings of intuition that invite us into expansive and enchanting places.

  • Rather than looking for external validation, I walk alongside you as you tap into your own inner wisdom and intuition to access and trust that wisdom taking inspired action from a place of fullness rather than lack.

Alignment

Research has shown that mindful awareness combines Intention, Attention and Attitude (Shapiro et all., 2008).

Through my work with Art of Presence, I’ve built upon this model to also include Action and Impact because when you focus on how you want to be, it changes what you do and how you do it.

The Art of Presence is discovering how these components interact and support one another.

  • Intention — How do you want to be?

  • Attention — How do you stay focused on what truly matters?

  • Attitude — How do you want to feel?

  • Action — What’s your next inspired step?

  • Impact — What ripple effects are you creating?

This model bridges inner and outer transformation—

supporting you to show up in every space of your life with clarity and care.
