Art of Presence: Settle

This meditation creates space for the calm, confident clarity that feeling settle brings. It offers metaphors of a glitter jar and hour glass to help imagine your swirling thoughts settling as you come down from your head and into your body so you can be intentional about how you want to be as you go a bout your to-dos. Settle in, soften, and enjoy!

"I just listened to your meditation, so lovely my friend! The start with ‘the mind is rarely present but the body always is…’

My take aways - “appreciate the miles the legs have taken us and see the possibilities in front of you."
