Accessing Inner Wisdom:
The Mountain 10 Journey
The Accessing Inner Wisdom: Mountain 10 Journey helps you listen to your inner wisdom to bring about the change you deeply desire in your life. Every person has the most important answers about direction, purpose and calling within them. This directed reflection process leads you through four terrains of exploration, stopping at waypoints to consider key questions about awareness, letting go, vision and realization.
Often the change process begins with an awareness or observation that something isn't going right, a change is needed, something is too painful to continue the way it is, or feeling called to something different, something new. To change requires to let go and stop doing things the old way, which is difficult because it's familiar and there can be a grief of loss. The next step in the change process is vision in order to get some sense of what's possible. Finally the change process includes realization or actualization that concrete, specific, doable steps that bring the vision alive to make it real.
This retreat leads participants through a sequence of key questions to help gain insights and awareness, identify areas gain clarity and begin visualizing what could be, and identify small next steps to integrate new insights into reality.
Please note:
The mountain is a metaphor, no actual mountain climbing takes place.
Great for…
Individuals seeking clarity
Teams experiencing change
Units told to do more with less
Organizations clarifying vision
And more
My hope is to be invited into spaces where friends, family, or co-workers want to access and trust their inner wisdom and deepen their connections in the process.

Hello! I’m Rachel Gilbertson—a wellbeing coach, author, and artist. With a Master’s Degree in Education focused on Integrative Therapies & Healing Practices, and more than 18 years of experience, my work centers on helping people access and trust their intuition as they take meaningful steps toward their inner wisdom.
What excites me most about this retreat is the intentional space it creates: a space that welcomes the whole person, offers enough safety to be brave, and is grounded in trauma-conscious practices. It’s a container designed for reflection, support, and growth—so you can reconnect with your wisdom and begin to thrive in new ways.

This retreat gave me a space to hear my own inner voice again. It’s so easy to get caught up in the roles I play every day, but this experience helped me reconnect to the version of me that exists underneath all of that. Rachel created such a safe and sacred space, it felt like coming home to myself. I left with more clarity, peace, and a deep sense of alignment that I didn’t even realize I was missing.

Hand over heart, thank you for this intentional and insightful retreat! I’m feeling clearer, more aligned, and budding connections are blooming with fellow attendees. It was really beautiful!
-
I love the labyrinth and the flow back and forth between sections that allowed us to move more deeply into our emotions and inner guidance.
-
It's amazing when we have the time and space, the inner wisdom that can be unlocked with thoughtful questions. The retreat was a reminder of all that lies inside of me.

Moving through the labyrinth (and each quadrant - Awareness, Letting Go, Vision, Realization) with paper and crayons gave me a sense of empowerment. Almost like I was taking action, rather than feeling stuck in thought and emotion. Rachel facilitates with such kindness and thoughtfulness, creating an environment of safety and comfort.
Overview
Art of Presence and Empower Possible offer a research-based, emotionally intelligent approach to individual transformation.
This process can be used with both individuals and groups. It begins with a warm welcome and a mindful grounding exercise, followed by a period of personal self-reflection. During this time, participants focus on something they seek clarity on—whether it’s a recurring challenge, a desired change, or an emerging aspiration.
In this quiet, introspective space, participants cultivate mindful self-awareness, recognize what needs to be released, envision new possibilities, and identify practical steps to bring those insights to life.
After the individual reflection, the group comes together for a shared process that fosters connection and trust, through the use of open-ended questions to deepen insights. The retreat concludes with an opportunity to identify small yet meaningful actions that support the unfolding of what has emerged.
