Thank you so much for being part of our December Re-Treat!

I’m grateful for your presence, your willingness to pause, and the way you showed up for yourself and for the collective space we shared.

As we reflected on the question “What are you proud of yourself for?” I hope you felt even a small sense of recognition for all that you’ve navigated, tended, and grown this year.

My invitation to you is to continue returning to that question over the coming days — perhaps through journaling, quiet reflection, or simply noticing moments when pride, gratitude, or tenderness arise. Lots can bubble so tend to yourself gently.

If you weren’t able to attend live, or if you’d like to revisit the experience, the recording is available below so you can reflect at your own pace and create a mini retreat that fits your life.

This flexibility — being able to return to the practices, reflections, and meditations when it works for you — is an important element of the Re-Treat Yourself Monthly Membership, supporting you in weaving rest and reflection into everyday rhythms and rituals rather than trying to fit your life around it.

You can access the Zoom recording below. Please note that we intentionally paused the recording for approximately 30 minutes of self-reflection and 25 minutes of group sharing to protect the privacy and confidentiality of participants.

The recording includes the welcome, guidance, and closing practices, allowing you to create your own mini retreat experience in a way that honors both your time and the sacredness of the shared space.

This gathering was a small taste of what Re-Treat Yourself is about:
creating accessible, supportive space for women to feel grounded, reflective, connected, and protected — all while weaving mindfulness, intuition, and practical magic into everyday life.

✨ Beginning on January 1st, I’ll be offering Re-Treat Yourself as a monthly membership, which includes:

• A 90-minute virtual mini retreat each month on the 3rd Sunday from 7:30-9:00 AM CST

• Guided self-reflection around monthly themes inspired by Empowered • Embodied • Enchanted

• Community connection (always optional, always honoring your comfort)

• Access to recordings and resources in a private member area

• A monthly newsletter to help integrate the work into daily life as well as celebrating other women-owned businesses supporting this sacred work.

• All for $23/month to help make retreat spaces accessible and affordable.
